• Our Contact Us pages that contain links and email interface facilities will only attempt to activate your own email client program installed on your own computer in order to pre-populate an email template with the relevant information that we require should you wish for us to make contact with you.
• The email form shall request information from you such as your name and contact details so that we can deal with your request, or to carry out a site visit for the purpose of providing you with a quotation.
• The pre populated email shall pre-fill the address line as sales@www.tvent.co.uk in order to ensure that your email is sent to our sales department.

How We Use Your Information

We shall not share any personal information that you provide us with anyone other than those necessary within our business, such as employees, or where necessary third party sub-contractors to undertake or carry out (but not limited to) the following:

• Making Contact / Attending for the purpose of a site visit in order to provide you with a quotation for works.
• Attending site for the purpose of undertaking works, either as part of pre quoted works, or for works undertaken as part of a call out.
• For the purpose of requesting payment for works either by invoice or pre payment via a pro-forma invoice.
• For the purpose of obtaining monies due in the event of non-payment

Since it is necessary for us to pass information such as your name, company name, address, and on occasion your telephone number to our employees and sub-contractors in order to undertake work for you, then it is accepted by you that in providing your information that this is the case.

All of our employees and sub-contractors are requested to treat any information provided to them in confidentiality and to ensure that any information that they are provided with is not shared with others without your express consent.
