Servicing:

At Thoroughvent, one of our primary aims is to satisfy and maintain our client’s needs from the initial enquiry, through the contract, to completion, and beyond.

We are therefore proud to offer all new and existing clients the opportunity to consider a planned preventative maintenance / service agreement. Helping ensure a prolonged life of their Air Conditioning and or ventilation system. Contract proposals are issued as required upon completion of our new installations or works; or from a new customer request. Our aim is to ensure that your air conditioning or ventilation system is maintained in an efficient and cost efficient way.

With service agreement costs spread quarterly over the year, and regular visits helping to reduce failures from system neglect, we endeavour to reduce our clients repair and energy consumption costs.

Remember, we also offer service agreements to new customers with existing equipment. Please give us a call for a free no obligation quotation.

Call-outs:

All of our service agreements are complete with a call out option. We aim to be able to attend any unfortunate faults within a 72 hour period from time of reported fault.

Whilst we do aim to maintain this, please understand that there are some instances where this unfortunately isn't always possible despite our best efforts.

New customers:

A lack of servicing and general maintenance can cause all sorts of faults and problems with air conditioning and ventilation systems.

Blocked filters and coils can lead to a lack of air flow from the unit. This causes the unit to be inefficient. In addition it can lead to further costly faults developing with the system.
